The partnership originated in 1962 as an insurance defense firm. In addition to defending automobile, homeowners, commercial, and first party (including bad faith) claims the members of the Firm have expanded the practice to include the defense of products liability, medical malpractice, admiralty, workers compensation, construction, environmental claims, and tobacco litigation. |
